Aaron Cave is an accomplished South Jersey entrepreneur, business owner, and real estate investor with more than two decades of experience in construction, land development, and related industries.

As an owner of APC Building & Land Development, LLC, Aaron brings extensive industry knowledge, business leadership, and a passion for developing exceptional properties. His experience spans site development, excavation, infrastructure improvements, construction operations, and real estate investment.

Aaron is also a Managing Member of River Front Recycling & Aggregate, LLC, an established South Jersey company providing construction, excavation, demolition, recycling, and site development services throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. His leadership in these industries has given him a strong understanding of the development process, from preparing the land to bringing a project to life.

Beyond his construction background, Aaron's involvement in real estate investment and property development brings an additional perspective to every project. He understands the importance of thoughtful planning, quality construction, and creating properties that offer lasting value.

Through APC Building & Land Development, Aaron is helping bring Rum Point Custom Luxury Homes in Brigantine, New Jersey, to life. This distinctive coastal development reflects his commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creating beautiful homes that complement the surrounding community.

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, construction, and land development, Thomas "Tom" Engel brings an exceptional level of knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to APC Building & Land Development.

Throughout his career, Tom has played an instrumental role in the planning, development, construction, and sale of hundreds of homes throughout New Jersey. His accomplishments include overseeing the development of a 49-home custom community in Tabernacle, managing custom home construction in Pennington, and completing luxury residential projects along the Jersey Shore. He also directed a major condominium redevelopment in Avalon and the restoration and sale of a 16-unit beachfront condominium property in Brigantine.

Earlier in his career, Tom was a partner where he was involved in the development and construction of more than 150 homes, ranging from 2,200 to 4,000 square feet. His responsibilities extended from land acquisition and architectural planning to construction management, marketing, and sales.

What distinguishes Tom is his comprehensive understanding of the entire homebuilding process. He has extensive experience coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, municipal approvals, and construction schedules while working directly with homeowners to personalize their homes with custom finishes, design selections, and upgrades.

Today, Tom brings that experience to APC Building & Land Development and Rum Point Custom Luxury Homes in Brigantine, New Jersey, helping create exceptional coastal residences that combine thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and the distinctive lifestyle of the Jersey Shore.
